Blade cooling for turbines is an important consideration in material selection and blade design. Internal channels are often used to convey heat away from the blade as much as possible. AFT Arrow allows the flowrate through blades to be accurately modeled. Using a rotation constant, centripetal forces are considered in lieu of gravitational forces, and results will more accurately reflect any hydrostatic elements. Junction heights become distances from the axis of rotation when this feature is active.
